Through Bible lessons, games, crafts, nature studies, and more, Alpine Day Camp nurtures young kids and prepares them for overnight camp. Parents around Beckley, West Virginia and Raleigh County find this Christian camp to be one of the best options for summer childcare. Not only is your child in a safe environment with caring counselors and experienced staff, he or she is learning God’s Word!

Junior Camps

Ages 8-12

Make new friends and discover the fun of overnight camp!

Problem solving challenges, nature discovery, exciting adventure activities, and unique summer camp games encourage campers to develop new skills and friendships with their peers. One-on-one interaction with caring counselors ensures that each child is recognized and appreciated. Campers are encouraged to grow spiritually through powerful chapel messages, Bible devotional times, and Scripture memorization.

Teen Camps

Ages: 12 years old (going into 7th grade) – spring graduates

Incredible adventures, lifelong friendships, and challenging messages from God’s Word!

Exciting games and activities, friends new and old, and time in God’s Word fill the days at Alpine Teen Camp. Winter Camp

Grades 6th-12th

No need to wait for summer to come to camp! Alpine Winter Camp features tubing, skiing, or snowboarding on West Virginia mountain snow—but that’s just the beginning. Three sessions with a dynamic speaker will give you plenty of encouragement from God’s Word. Crazy games will keep you laughing and cheering for your team. Just bring your Bible and a friend; we’ll provide the food and lodging and three days packed with fun!

Alpine Winter Camp includes lodging, four meals, an engaging speaker, gym sports, an indoor climbing wall, and games. Saturday activities consist of tubing, skiing, or snowboarding at nearby Winterplace ski resort. Caring students from Appalachian Bible College serve as counselors for individual campers and for groups in need of extra leaders.
